Narges' Second Report

Previous session I was the leader of a group of four students. I was supposed to help my classmates to do the exercises of the workbook, but it was not a good experience. One of my classmates really needed my guidance and I helped her to do the homework, but the other three were complaining that why I was the leader while they were capable of leading the group too.

I tried to solve the problem and establish a good relationship with them and cooperate with them to do the homework together but they refused and just complained.

As the group leader I felt that I have done nothing, because If I want to tell you the truth I think that only one of that students in my team needed my help and the other three students did not my help. So I felt really useless and the activity was really absurd, pointless and time-consuming.

I think that the session that we’ve read the short story by Tolstoy was better than this teamwork and group work because I learned some new words and the story was interesting and worth reading, too.
